Data Analyst

• Support day-to-day IT service operations and operational processes
• Data Analysis
  • Analyse and validate operational data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality
• SQL Analysis
  • Use SQL queries and scripts to investigate data-related issues and validate information
• Automation Support
  • Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives using Python and other scripting tools
• Troubleshooting
  • Investigate operational issues and make sound technical or process decisions
• Service Monitoring
  • Monitor and report on service performance, operational controls, and key performance indicators
• Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, quality, and user experience
• Prepare reports and presentations, communicate findings, and collaborate with internal and external teams

Requirements

• IT Service Management
  • Experience managing IT services or operational processes within agreed service levels and timelines
• SQL Skills
  • Working knowledge of SQL for queries, scripts, and validation of data completeness and accuracy
• Programming Skills
  • Programming or scripting skills supporting automation and continuous improvement, preferably Python
• Operational Support
  • Experience supporting service operations, troubleshooting issues, and making sound technical or process decisions
• Service Management
  • Understanding of service management processes, operational controls, and reporting practices
• Process Improvement
  • Experience identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience
• Communication Skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage expectations and drive outcomes
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
