Job Title: Data Analyst (Real Estate Marketplace) Education: Graduate Experience: 2-4 years Location: Bangalore About the Role: We are looking for a Data Analyst to support a real estate marketplace business. The role involves working with the Business Head and Growth Analyst on marketplace analytics, operational reporting, funnel tracking, and performance monitoring across supply, inside sales, and broker operations.

This is an execution-focused role requiring strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets. Key Responsibilities: Track and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly business reports while monitoring key marketplace metrics across supply, demand, inside sales, broker operations, and closures. Create dashboards and trackers for operational and business reviews and support analysis of customer funnels and conversion metrics.

Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas across the marketplace. Support Growth Analyst in marketplace analysis, pricing analysis, funnel tracking, cohort analysis, and other operational insights. Generate actionable insights to improve listing quality, lead conversion, broker productivity, and customer engagement.

Manage large datasets using Excel, build MIS reports, dashboards, pivot tables, lookup functions, and work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, supply, inside sales, and broker engagement to support reporting needs.
