Data Protection Analyst
We are looking for a motivated Data Protection Analyst to join the Data Office department. The objective is to deploy data management framework by providing a support to all data domains (Product, Client, Investment Teams, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, HR, Legal). The role of the person is to support Data Management and Protection Framework Deployment, to make sure data protection framework is operational at central and local level through our international entities network.
Requirements:
Academic degree specialized in data governance and/or data protection
3 years of successful experience in the field of data protection or data privacy
Experience in project management
Strong synthesis, analytical and precision skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing abilities
Curious, proactive, and creative mindset
Proven pedagogical experience and advisory support
Knowledge of asset‑management and data‑governance/protection
Ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
Monitor the main actions to deploy the data‑protection framework centrally and locally with the Single Point of Contact.
Produce deliverables for the Group Data Office (GDO), reporting for the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and for Data‑Privacy regulations.
Coordinate the Privacy‑By‑Design assessment of processing activities (questionnaire, DPIA, other assessments) for the France scope and local entities when support is required.
Create and update Personal Data Treatment at central and local level.
Assess Data‑Protection risk in data‑project committees, following Data‑Office procedures, and provide recommendations ensuring their implementation by business owners..
Lead or support Data‑Protection framework deployment in BNPPAM entities;
Prepare Data‑Protection Steering committees.
Create and update Data‑Protection Guidelines, training and the Data‑Office Procedures Framework ensuring their publication; ensure global consistency.
