Please Note – We are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship for this role Role Overview The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position requires advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Power BI , and hands‑on experience with data warehousing . Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Insight Delivery Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Develop advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI , delivering clear and actionable insights to stakeholders. Perform statistical and trend analysis to support business strategies and operational improvements. Data Warehouse Management Design and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading into data warehouses.

Optimise data models for performance and scalability across BI platforms. Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems. Partner with cross-functional to identify analytical needs and deliver solutions.

Work closely with other team members to ensure alignment on data strategy, share best practices, and deliver consistent outputs. Contribute to the development of organisational data strategy and governance frameworks. Advanced Analytics Stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies in BI and analytics.

Bring a unique perspective to data analysis by leveraging advanced analytics techniques and exploring innovative ways to interpret and visualise data beyond traditional methods. Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise Advanced proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query). Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.

Hands‑on experience with data warehousing concepts and tools. Familiarity with ETL pipelines and data modelling best practices. Experience 1-2 years of experience in data analytics or BI roles.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex data into business insights. Preferred Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

Professional certifications in BI tools or data analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
