Data Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our remote team in India. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to analyze trends, build reports, and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity Automate repetitive data tasks and reporting processes Present findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field 1–4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Good communication and presentation abilities Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Knowledge of statistics and predictive modeling Experience working in a remote or distributed team
