Operated under Moorjani Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., we currently run six cloud kitchen outlets across Mumbai - Bandra, Andheri West, Lower Parel, Marine Drive, Malad, and Powai - with an ambitious roadmap to scale to approximately 49 outlets across Mumbai and other key Indian cities by FY29.

We are a founder-led team that moves fast, builds with intent, and takes data seriously. This role is an early and critical hire in our analytics function - you will be building the data muscle of a high-growth F&B brand from the ground up. Role Overview We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3-5 years of hands-on experience who understands that the value of data lies not in collecting it but in trusting it.

Your primary mandate at Hundo Pizza will be twofold: Validate the integrity of data flowing in from aggregators, POS, and material management systems against historic records Leverage AI-powered tooling to generate predictive insights that keep our kitchens running leaner and smarter You will be the person who asks: does this number make sense? And then proves it or fixes it. Key Responsibilities Data Validation & Integrity Cross-validate all incoming data - sales figures from Zomato and Swiggy, material consumption from POS (Petpooja), and purchase entries - against historic baselines Build validation rules and exception reports to flag anomalies Own three-way reconciliation: aggregator remittances vs POS vs internal accounts Work with kitchen and purchase teams to validate consumption entries Establish a strong data hygiene standard across outlets AI-Assisted Material Management & Predictions Use AI tools for demand forecasting, replenishment, and wastage reduction Feed clean data into models to improve accuracy Track prediction vs actuals and improve reliability Collaborate with central kitchen & purchase teams for procurement planning Aggregator & Sales Analytics Analyse sales across Zomato, Swiggy, and POS Build live dashboards (revenue, AOV, cancellations, platform performance) Identify trends and give actionable insights to operations & culinary teams Success Metrics Success in this role will be measured by: Reduction in stock variance % across outlets Improvement in demand forecast accuracy and reliability Faster and more accurate data reconciliation timelines Reduction in material wastage through data-driven interventions Requirements Essential 3-5 years in Data Analyst / Business Analyst roles Strong instinct for data quality and validation Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills Working knowledge of SQL Comfort with AI tools and evolving tech Ability to work with messy operational data Strong attention to detail + business understanding Preferred Experience in F&B / QSR / cloud kitchens / FMCG Familiarity with Zomato, Swiggy, POS (Petpooja), Zoho, Tally Experience with AI-based forecasting tools Exposure to Python or R (good to have) What We Offer A seat at the table in a high-growth, founder-led brand Direct exposure to strategy, finance, and operations Competitive compensation with performance upside Fast-paced, no-bureaucracy environment Opportunity to build the analytics function from scratch How to Apply Send your CV + a brief cover note (max 1 page) highlighting your most relevant analytical project: Surabhi - Subject line: Data Analyst Application - Your Name
