Job Description

Data Analyst (Apprentice) Contract: Initially a fixed-term contract for 21 months covering the lifetime of the apprenticeship. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship qualification, a suitable permanent position will be offered. Working hours: 35 hours per week is full time.

As an apprentice, you will spend 20 % of your time on off‑the‑job learning, which includes attending lectures/tutorials with your training provider. Salary: £26,936 per annum Location: London, Exchange Tower Reporting to: Head of Business Analysis and Insight Hybrid working: You will work at least four days across a fortnight in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely. What You’ll Do Building your understanding of our organisation and proficiency with relevant technology, such as PowerBI, SQL and others as appropriate.

Collaborating with team members to identify data requirements and provide necessary support. Assisting in the collection, processing, documentation and analysis of data to support timely business decisions. Over time, you will work more independently with support from the team when needed.

Generating reports and data visualisations to present findings to stakeholders in an intuitive manner. Ensuring any analysis and reporting, and the data it is based on, is quality assured, documented and fit‑for‑purpose. Qualifications Achieved three A‑levels or equivalent and GCSE English and Maths, or significant work experience in a related field.

At least 18 years of age on enrolment (September 2026) and not in full‑time education or receiving funding for other learning programmes. Full UK right to work for the duration of the apprenticeship, with eligible residency status and residency in the UK for three years prior to the start of the apprenticeship. CV Indicators A strong desire to learn and develop new skills in data processing, visualisation and analysis.

Computer skills: familiarity with Microsoft Office; exposure to MS PowerApps is a plus but not essential. Problem‑solving skills demonstrated through troubleshooting data‑related issues in everyday life. Interest in data analytics, reporting or coding, even if not formally studied.
