DATA ANALYST Job Title: Data Analyst / Custom Data Analysis Specialist Location: Faridabad / NCR Department: Business Intelligence / Data Analytics Experience Required: 3–6 Years (Custom Data Analysis, Reporting & Insights) Salary Range: As per industry standards Reporting To: Management / Strategy Head Job Summary We are looking for a Data Analyst / Custom Data Analysis Specialist responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to support business decision-making. The role involves developing custom data reports, dashboards, and analytical models to identify trends, optimize operations, and support strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Data Collection & Management Collect, organize, and manage data from multiple internal and external sources.

Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. Clean and process raw data for analysis. Custom Data Analysis Perform custom data analysis based on management requirements.

Identify business trends, patterns, and performance indicators. Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights. Reporting & Dashboard Development Prepare custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for management.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports. Present findings in clear and easy-to-understand formats. Business Performance Analysis Analyze sales performance, operational efficiency, cost trends, and market data.

Support management in strategic decision-making through data insights. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Data Automation & Process Improvement Develop automated reporting systems and data workflows.

Improve data collection and reporting processes to increase efficiency. Use analytical tools to streamline data analysis operations. Cross-Department Support Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to understand data requirements.

Provide custom analytical support for business projects and strategic initiatives. Key Skills & Competencies Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Basic knowledge of SQL or database management Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to convert complex data into clear business insights Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or related field Certification in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence will be an advantage. Preferred Experience Experience working with large datasets and business analytics Experience supporting management decision-making through data analysis Experience in manufacturing, sales analytics, or operations analytics will be an added advantage.
