Job Description

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for professionals interested in developing, validating, and monitoring scoring models.
We welcome both experienced specialists and ambitious analysts looking to build their careers in risk modeling. Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the business context surrounding the data, ensuring that the analysis is aligned with business goals and priorities. Develop and enhance credit scoring and other statistical risk models.
Participate in the entire model lifecycle: development → validation → implementation → monitoring → recalibration/redevelopment. Perform independent validation of models developed by other team members. Alternate between the roles of Model Developer and Model Validator across projects.
Prepare, process, and analyze data used in modeling activities. Conduct validation testing and challenge model assumptions, methodologies, and outcomes. Monitor model performance and identify the need for recalibration or redevelopment.
Prepare development, validation, and monitoring reports. Create and maintain model documentation compliant with internal governance and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk experts, and technical teams.
Support regulatory reviews and audits, including requests from supervisory authorities such as KNF and ECB. Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, operational metrics, and other relevant business data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Cooperation with other teams working on projects for Clients Key skills: 4+ years of experience in credit risk modeling or a related analytical field.
Strong SQL skills and advanced knowledge of Python or R. Solid background in statistics, econometrics, and predictive modeling. Hands-on experience in model validation and model monitoring.
Ability to critically assess methodologies, challenge assumptions, and defend analytical solutions. Awareness of personal data protection issues Strong communication skills in Polish and English languages Additional bonus skills: Experience with credit scoring models, PD, LGD, EAD, or IFRS 9 methodologies Good understanding of the banking regulatory environment.
