Data Analyst

Function: Private Wealth (Business Development) Shift Timings - 12.00pm to 9.30pm or 2.00 PM to 11.30 PM. Location: Bangalore, India Key Responsibility - Seeking a highly motivated professional to support our Private Wealth Business Development team in expanding our analytics & reporting capabilities globally. This role will partner across COE & Client teams with responsibilities that include: · Prepare recurring sales and fundraise reporting across Private Wealth sales channels and products with tremendous focus on accuracy · Manipulate various, robust, data sets to generate analytics and track efficiency of sales and marketing initiatives across global business. · Manipulate various, robust, data sets to generate analytics and track efficiency of sales and marketing initiatives across global business. · Assist in the ongoing maintenance of global CRM system and data infrastructure platform · Create recurring and ad-hoc Salesforce campaigns to enable timely and accurate distribution of sales / marketing emails to 30K+ recipients · Assist with generation of actionable business insights through analysis of key initiatives Desired Candidate Profile: Clients seek to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.

The successful candidate must have: · MBA Finance with a strong academic record · 2-4 Years of experience in Finance domain · Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills · Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word · Knowledge and Proficiency in Tableau & Sigma Dashboard, Salesforce (Preferable) · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal · Highly motivated and driven with the ability to work effectively in a team environment · Strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
