You get to build systems from 0 โ†’ 1 and operate at the intersection of Data, Systems, and AI. The ideal candidate should be able to translate business problems into measurable insights and help leadership identify trends, risks, and opportunities. This role goes beyond reporting and owns designing operational intelligence frameworks that enable faster and sharper decision-making.

What Youโ€™ll Do Build and design reporting layers/decision analytics that provide actionable insights for leadership teams Partner closely with Solutioning, Customer Success, Product, Finance, Business Leaders, and Founders and translates ambiguous business asks into structured reporting frameworks Track critical business indicators including Customer onboarding timelines, Implementation success metrics , Customer health indicators, Solution adoption metrics, Escalation patterns, Delivery performance and Revenue impact metrics Improve visibility into customer success effectiveness, operational efficiency, and delivery performance decision analytics Identify opportunities for automation and intelligent reporting and partner with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and process visibility What Youโ€™ll Bring Experience working in fast-paced SaaS, Customer Success, Solutioning, or AI-first environments Exposure of 3 - 6 years in customer success analytics, operational reporting, or business intelligence Experience of leveraging AI-enabled workflows and automation to build and deliver in BFSI domain Experience building dashboards using tools like Apache Superset, ClickHouse or equivalent Strong understanding of data visualization principles Ability to work with structured and semi-structured data and bring structure, clarity, and intelligence into decision-making Strong business communication and storytelling ability
