Data Analyst

Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Staff) to support data operations across implementation projects and internal analytical initiatives at Blackbaud. The ideal candidate is professional, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role will support implementation teams and internal stakeholders by ensuring efficient data operations, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality outcomes for client projects.

Key Responsibilities • Prioritize and manage tasks from an intake queue to ensure timely execution of implementation cycles. • Perform data imports, synchronization, and troubleshooting within Blackbaud software using SQL queries and Python scripts. • Execute projects based on client requests within Blackbaud software and run associated system processes. • Maintain accurate tracking of pending deliverables and escalate risks or blockers as necessary. • Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, operational processes, and overall customer satisfaction. • Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability in delivering projects and meeting deadlines. Experience Required • 3–4 years of total professional experience in data analytics, data operations, or SaaS implementation support. Technical Skills • SQL: Ability to work with SQL queries for data extraction, validation, troubleshooting, and data manipulation. • Python: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python scripting for data processing, automation, and operational tasks. • Cloud Platforms: Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure functionalities related to data integration or processing. • CRM / Project Platforms: Experience with Salesforce and the Certinia project management platform is an added advantage. • AI / Automation: Certification or exposure to AI or Generative AI tools to drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
