Your Responsibilities: Internal Audit supports ADM management by delivering independent and objective assurance as well as consulting services that add value and strengthen the organizations overall operations.

Leveraging advanced data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies, the team enhances risk identification, audit quality, and operational insights across ADMs global value chain. In this role, the Data Analytics Analyst collaborates closely with Internal Audit and Global Technology teams to design, develop, and maintain innovative analytic solutions that drive data-driven decision-making and support both audit and advisory engagements throughout the Company. Collect, process, and analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that support audit objectives and risk assessments.

Partner with the Internal Audit team to deliver insightful, data-driven analyses that enhance audit planning, execution, and reporting. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to strengthen audit quality, efficiency, and consistency across engagements. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to upskill Internal Audit staff on data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices.

Ensure effective and consistent use of analytic tools, automation, and data visualization solutions throughout the department. Review business processes to identify control weaknesses, policy non-conformance, and potential fraud risks; design automated logic within the Risk Library to detect and prevent future occurrences. Provide ad-hoc analytical support for audit and consulting projects, including data extraction, preparation, exploratory analysis, and visual storytelling.

Collaborate with governance functions such as Accounting, Compliance, and Corporate Services to deliver analytics that enhance oversight and decision-making. Contribute to the development and maintenance of continuous monitoring dashboards and automated audit analytics to support proactive risk management. Maintain clear documentation of analytic methodologies, ensuring transparency, repeatability, and knowledge sharing within the Internal Audit team.

Exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information. Identify and pursue opportunities to provide consulting or collaborative services that create measurable value and operational efficiency for the organization. CA, MBA, Bachelors degree inAccounting, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Minimum3 years of experienceindata analytics, business analysis, or a similar analytical role. Proven proficiency indata analysis toolssuch asExcel, SQL, Python, R, or comparable platforms. Experience into PowerQuery, PowerApps Hands-on experience withdata visualization and reporting toolslikePower BI, Tableau, or equivalent.

Strongcritical thinking,problem-solving, andanalyticalcapabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptionalattention to detailand ability to managemultiple prioritiesin a fast-paced environment. Demonstratedinitiative,ownership, and a collaborative mindset when working across teams and functions.

Ability to maintainconfidentialityand exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information. Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skillsto partner with cross-functional teams such asFinance, Compliance, and Operations. Willingness totravel up to 10%, including occasionalinternational travel.

Prior experience withinInternal Audit, Risk, Compliance, or Financefunctions. Familiarity withgenerative AI toolsand their applications in analytics or audit. Exposure tomachine learning frameworksorAI-enabled analyticssolutions.
