Job Title: Data Analyst – Retail / E-Commerce

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Data Analyst – Retail / E-Commerce to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will analyze customer, sales, and product data to support business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and organize retail and e-commerce datasets.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and product performance.
• Provide insights to support marketing, pricing, and inventory decisions.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Present insights to business and marketing stakeholders.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver analytics solutions.
• Leverage SQL, Excel, and BI tools for analysis and reporting.
• Ensure data quality and reliable reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of data analysis experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
