Exciting Opportunity for Danish-Speaking Professionals in Portugal! Are you fluent in Danish (C2 level) and based in Portugal?

Location: Carcavelos (2 days on site)
Salary: €920 + €770 Language Bonus + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus (up to €178.50/month) + 2 extra salaries

What we’re looking for:
- Fluent Danish (C2 level) – required.
- Fluent English – strong speaking and writing skills.
- Customer service experience (preferably in call centers) or B2B support experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your role will include:
- Assisting customers with orders, exchanges, and upselling opportunities.
- Managing customer and partner interactions through phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Recording customer details and ensuring timely follow-up on all cases.
- Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Collaborating with the team to exceed quality KPIs and strengthen the brand.
