\nYou will inspire our youngest learners to discover themselves through movement. Whether it's a playful warm-up, a folk dance celebrating cultural diversity, a creative movement exploration linked to a classroom theme, or a polished stage performance, you'll help children find their voice through dance. This role is for someone who sees dance not as an extracurricular activity, but as an essential part of a child's holistic development.
\n\nWhat Your Days Might Look Like

- Turning stories into movement adventures for Kindergarten and Primary students. \n
- Connecting dance with inquiry, creativity, culture, and themes in alignment with both CBSE and the International curriculum. \n
- Choreographing performances that celebrate learning, diversity, and student voice. \n
- Creating a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels comfortable expressing themselves. \n
- Collaborating with classroom teachers to integrate dance into transdisciplinary learning experiences. \n
- Organizing assemblies, productions, festivals, competitions, and special events that leave lasting memories. \n
- Encouraging students to appreciate various dance forms—from Indian classical and folk traditions to contemporary and creative movement. \n
Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field. \n
- Formal training in one or more dance styles (Indian Classical, Folk, Contemporary, Creative Movement, Western Dance, etc.). \n
- Experience teaching primary-age students in a school setting. \n
- Familiarity with CBSE and/or Primary Years Programme (PYP) practices is desirable. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Brings energy, positivity, and imagination into every lesson. \n
- Understands child development and adapts teaching strategies accordingly. \n
- Can inspire confidence, discipline, teamwork, and resilience through dance. \n
