Location: North England - Lancashire, Cumbria, Cheshire, Yorkshire We are working exclusively with a Global Agricultural Technology company to recruit a Dairy Business Development Manager to join the UK & Ireland team in the North of England. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for the dairy industry and a strong background in sales to join a dynamic technology led business. This on-farm sales role will allow the right candidate to build on previous experience of sales in the dairy industry, creating new long-lasting relationships that lead to increased sales.

Key Responsibilities Increase sales with the existing customer base. Generate leads and develop new business relationships with farms in the territory. Provide a consultative and technical sales approach direct to dairy farms to show ROI.

Represent the company at shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Keep up to date with industry trends and market opportunities. Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and share insights to support wider business initiatives.

Collaborate with the marketing team, offering ideas, feedback, and support for campaigns. About You We are looking for a results-driven individual with: Experience with on-farm/B2C sales in the dairy industry. A flexible approach to travel within on territory in Scotland, to shows and events with some overnight stays.

A working understanding & passion for the dairy industry. An existing network of dairy farms would be ideal. Excellent communication skills and confident in both face-to-face and phone-based sales.

Ability to manage your own time and priorities. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
