Designation - Production Manager Department - Dairy Products Products - Sweets, Ice Cream, Paneer, Cheese, Ghee, Dahi, Chhas etc. Qualification - Dairy Technology KRA: Quality Control: Conduct tests on raw and pasteurized milk to monitor acidity, fat content, and bacterial levels. Product Development: Formulate and innovate new dairy items like yogurt, cheese, butter, and flavored milk.
