D365 F&O Finance Tester

Experience and Requirements

• 8+ years of overall experience in ERP functional testing, with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX.
• Strong functional understanding of finance and accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, tax, and financial reporting.
• Experience testing end-to-end finance processes and cross-functional integrations with procurement, sales, inventory, projects, banking, and external systems.
• Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, test reporting, and release validation.
• Ability to validate accounting entries, sub-ledger to ledger postings, reconciliations, settlements, financial dimensions, posting profiles, and period-close outcomes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar test and defect management tool.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment and collaborate across distributed teams.
