About the Client

INDEX is partnering with a State Government Victoria organisation to support the ongoing enhancement and delivery of critical customer-facing digital services. This environment combines modern Microsoft technologies with public-facing platforms that support a large and diverse user community.

About the role

This position offers the opportunity to contribute across several Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives, with a focus on customer identity integration, customer engagement capabilities and digital portal enhancements. You'll work closely with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that meet business requirements and provide a high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective technical outcomes.
• Support integration activities involving Entra External Identity Provider and customer authentication capabilities.
• Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 Customer Insights modules to align with business objectives and user needs.
• Contribute to ongoing development and maintenance of public-facing Power Pages portals using CSS and JavaScript.

Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer delivering solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Insights capabilities.
• Strong front-end development skills, particularly CSS and/or JavaScript.
• Proven ability to work independently, solve problems effectively and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.

• Must be based in Melbourne
