About House of Quirk House of Quirk is one of India's leading home and lifestyle brands, serving customers across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit and our own D2C website. We are now looking for a D2C Growth Manager who will take complete ownership of our Shopify business and help scale our direct-to-consumer channel. This is not a routine operations role.
We are looking for someone who can think like an owner, identify growth opportunities, execute campaigns, improve conversions, and drive revenue growth. Your Mission Grow House of Quirk's website revenue and customer base through better execution, marketing, merchandising, and performance marketing. Key ResponsibilitiesShopify Management Complete ownership of the Shopify website Create and manage product listings Upload and optimize product content Manage product collections and navigation Improve product pages and conversion rates Coordinate product photography, creatives and image updates Ensure website content remains updated and accurate Performance Marketing Manage Meta Ads campaigns Manage Google Ads campaigns Plan, execute and optimize advertising budgets Improve ROAS and customer acquisition costs Launch and monitor retargeting campaigns Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements Website Growth & Conversion Improve website conversion rates Suggest landing pages and campaign pages Improve customer journey and user experience Identify opportunities to increase average order value Execute upselling, cross-selling and retention initiatives Monitor website analytics and customer behavior Email, WhatsApp & Retention Marketing Manage email marketing campaigns Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns Create customer engagement and retention flows Launch promotional campaigns and seasonal sales Analytics & Reporting Track revenue, traffic, conversion rate, CAC and ROAS Prepare weekly growth reports Recommend growth initiatives backed by data Continuously test and improve performance Must-Have Qualifications 1-4 years of experience managing Shopify stores Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager Strong understanding of Google Ads Experience with Shopify apps and integrations Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication and project management abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience working with D2C or consumer brands Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify Email or similar tools Understanding of customer retention and lifecycle marketing Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop or creative coordination Experience managing monthly advertising budgets What Success Looks Like Within the first 6 months, you should: Improve website conversion rates Increase website revenue Improve advertising efficiency and ROAS Launch successful retention campaigns Build a predictable growth engine for House of Quirk's D2C business Why Join Us Work directly with the founders Own a key business vertical High responsibility and decision-making authority Opportunity to build and scale a leading consumer brand Fast-moving environment with significant growth potential Application Instructions Please include: Resume Links to Shopify stores you have managed Monthly advertising budgets handled Results achieved (ROAS, revenue growth, conversion improvements, etc.) Brief note explaining how you would grow a D2C brand like House of Quirk
