What You’ll Be Doing Drive growth across D2C sales channels through strategic planning and execution Identify new business opportunities, market gaps, and growth avenues Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to improve conversions Work closely with operations, marketing, category, and customer experience teams for seamless execution Analyze business data and insights to support strategic decision-making Develop initiatives to improve customer retention, engagement, and overall buying experience Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of D2C business operations Stay updated with emerging D2C trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices Contribute towards building scalable and sustainable business processes What We’re Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset Experience in sales, business development, or growth-focused roles Strong understanding of customer experience and consumer behavior Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strategic thinker with ownership and execution capabilities Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in D2C, retail, or consumer-focused businesses is preferred
