Job Description

This opportunity is strictly available to individuals who are already living in Portugal. We cannot evaluate applicants from abroad, and we are unable to offer visa support or relocation packages.

Role Overview & Core Mission

We are seeking a fluent Czech speaker to become an integral part of our top-tier customer success group. Operating entirely from home, this position goes beyond basic IT troubleshooting—you will act as the welcoming, empathetic representative for a world-renowned technology brand.

From your remote workspace, you will enhance the user experience by guiding customers through hardware setups, software glitches, and account security matters. We place a high value on emotional intelligence and authentic warmth; your primary objective is to transform frustrating tech issues into encouraging, memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

  • Multi-Channel Support: Help Czech-speaking users across phone, live chat, and email.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Deliver clear, simple, step-by-step instructions to fix issues related to hardware, applications, cloud services, memberships, and data syncing.
  • Customer Care: Pay close attention to user concerns while maintaining outstanding patience, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Full Case Ownership: Manage your support tickets from start to finish, fulfilling all commitments and routing complicated technical glitches to tier-two engineering teams when required.
  • Detailed Documentation: Record thorough notes for every interaction in our CRM platform to keep case histories up to date.
  • Paid Onboarding: Complete a comprehensive, fully compensated training program starting on day one to learn our product suite and internal systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile & Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • Czech Proficiency: Fluent or near-fluent command (C1/C2 level) in both written and spoken Czech.
  • English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate to advanced skills (B2/C1 level) for internal company communication and training modules.
  • Technical Aptitude: A specialized degree isn't necessary, but you should be confident and adept at using smartphones, tablets, and desktop operating systems.
  • People Skills: An upbeat, supportive communicator who genuinely likes helping people and solving problems.
  • Prior Experience: Background in a call center, BPO setup, or helpdesk environment is a plus, but not required.

Remote Setup & Legal Mandates

  • Work Authorization: You must be a current resident of Portugal, hold a valid Portuguese NIF (tax identifier), and have full legal rights to work locally (through EU citizenship or an existing work/residence permit).
  • Dedicated Workspace: A quiet, private room at home with a high-speed, reliable internet setup.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, which might occasionally involve weekends or holidays based on team demands.

Compensation, Perks & Package

  • 100% Remote Flexibility: Work from any location within mainland Portugal or the autonomous islands.
  • Equipment Included: We ship a complete high-performance workstation package—including a computer, accessories, and required software—straight to your door.
  • Competitive Pay: A dependable base salary alongside monthly performance incentives and a daily meal stipend.
  • Growth Opportunities: Clear avenues for professional advancement into quality assurance, team management, or specialized IT roles.
