Job Description
Overview Join our IT security team as a Cybersecurity Intern and gain exposure to real-world security challenges. You will support the team in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents while learning about compliance, risk management, and defense strategies. Roles & Responsibilities Assist in monitoring network traffic and security logs.
Help identify vulnerabilities and potential threats. Support in performing penetration tests and security assessments. Assist with patch management and system updates.
Document security incidents and prepare reports. Research emerging cybersecurity threats and trends. Participate in risk assessments and audits.
Support the development of security awareness materials. Assist in implementing security policies and procedures. Collaborate with IT teams to secure endpoints and servers.
Learn about firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM tools. Support data protection and compliance activities. Help with incident response and disaster recovery planning.
Shadow senior security analysts during investigations. Participate in cybersecurity workshops and training sessions. Contribute to security documentation and guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
