Cybersecurity Analyst

Plazo Technologies is a successful IT company specializing in credit scoring, Data Science, and financial digital technologies. We invite a Cybersecurity Analyst to become part of our team!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor and analyze event correlation and incident data to identify trends, false positives, and provide enhancements to improve security alerts.
2. Assist in information security governance, risk management, and compliance tasks.
3. Write and present reports effectively.
4. Conduct vulnerability risk assessments, data protection, and investigate security violations/incidents.
5. Collaborate with server, network, and desktop support teams and stakeholders to investigate and remediate incidents and security issues.
6. Utilize log management or Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Experience with SIEM tools.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools.
• Ability to identify and report on open source threat intelligence.
• Strong technical skills in Windows, Unix, Linux, and Mac OS.
• Proven ability in networking systems.
• Experience with AWS and VMware.
• Knowledge of malware analysis.
