Cyber Security Analyst Hybrid (2 days per week in office) – Midlands About the Role We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Cyber Security Analyst to join a growing team. This is a key role focused on strengthening and evolving cyber security capabilities across a complex digital environment. You’ll play a central part in protecting systems, data, and users by supporting security operations, responding to threats, and enhancing detection and monitoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Monitor, detect, and respond to cyber security threats across the organisation Investigate security incidents and support or lead response activities Work with tools such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, and other security technologies Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of security monitoring and threat detection Support vulnerability management and security assurance processes Provide clear, actionable insights to reduce risk and improve security posture Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective security controls Support proactive security initiatives, including identifying weaknesses and validating controls About You Experience working in a cyber security or IT security role Strong understanding of security operations and threat detection Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g. SIEM, EDR/XDR) Ability to analyse and interpret security events and incidents A proactive mindset with a strong interest in learning new technologies Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders What You’ll Be Working With A collaborative team Internal stakeholders across all levels of the organisation External partners including suppliers, service providers, and security organisations Why Join?
