We're Hiring: Customer Success & Institutional Partnerships Specialist Mumbai (On-Site) 2-4 Years 4-6 LPA About Studium Studium Tech Pvt. Ltd. is India's first Quality Assessment & Intelligence Platform for Higher Education Institutions, supporting NAAC, NBA, NIRF, AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, BGA, and other accreditation frameworks. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic client-facing professional to manage institutional relationships, drive product adoption, conduct trainings, and support business growth across higher education institutions.

Key Responsibilities Lead implementation and onboarding of institutional clients. Conduct trainings, workshops, and review meetings. Build relationships with Directors, Deans, IQAC Heads, and leadership teams.

Deliver product presentations and demonstrations. Support account growth and stakeholder engagement. Coordinate with internal Product and Support teams.

Travel across Mumbai, Maharashtra, and Western India as required. Preferred Profile 2-4 years in Customer Success, Client Management, Consulting, EdTech, SaaS, Academic Operations, or Business Development. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Marathi proficiency preferred; additional regional languages are a plus. Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate. What You'll Get Direct exposure to senior academic leadership across India.
