Company Description Scrapingdog is a bootstrapped web scraping API platform serving 1,000+ active subscribers globally. We help developers and data teams extract data from Google Search, Google Maps, Amazon, , TikTok, and more โ€” without managing proxies, browsers, or CAPTCHAs. The platform handles IP rotation, browser rendering, retries, and anti-bot challenges automatically, delivering clean HTML or structured JSON in a single API call.

Our customers use Scrapingdog for SEO monitoring, SERP tracking, price intelligence, market research, and building datasets for AI and LLM applications. We are a small, high-output team based in Jaipur that moves fast and gives everyone full ownership of their domain. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Success Specialist role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

You will be the first person a new Scrapingdog customer hears from after signing up โ€” and the person responsible for making sure they get value from the product quickly, stay subscribed, and grow over time. This is not a reactive support role. You will proactively monitor new signups daily, identify users who are inactive or at risk of churning, and reach out before they leave.

You will run upgrade conversations with high-usage customers, build onboarding email sequences, collect product feedback, and maintain a clear picture of customer health across our base of 1,000+ subscribers. You will work directly alongside the founding team at our Jaipur office. Qualifications Must haves: 1โ€“3 years in customer success, onboarding, or account management โ€” preferably at a SaaS or API-first product Excellent written communication โ€” clear, warm, and direct.

You write emails people actually respond to Proactive by nature โ€” you identify problems and act on them without being asked Comfortable reading usage dashboards and acting on data โ€” you can look at an account and know whether it is healthy or not Organised enough to manage 50โ€“100 customer touchpoints simultaneously without dropping anything Comfortable having direct upgrade and renewal conversations โ€” goal-oriented, not just empathetic Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate โ€” this role is fully on-site Nice to have Basic understanding of APIs โ€” knows what an API call is, can read a JSON response Familiarity with tools like Intercom, HubSpot, Crisp, or similar CRMs Experience writing onboarding or lifecycle email sequences Has worked at an early-stage startup before
