A high-impact opportunity within a fast-growing PropTech business helping major property owners and occupiers optimise their buildings through innovative technology and data-led insig hts.You'll inherit a portfolio of strategic accounts and play a critical role in driving retention, customer satisfaction and expansion across some of the company's most important relationships. This is a consultative, relationship-led environment focused on delivering measurable value rather than managing high volumes of transactional accounts. THE ROLE?
Own and develop relationships across a portfolio of strategic customer accounts Act as the primary point of contact for major commercial real estate clients Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and executive stakeholder meetings Drive renewals, retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities Present operational, sustainability and performance insights to customers Coordinate internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes Support onboarding and maximise customer adoption Represent the voice of the customer internally to improve service delivery Opportunity to travel across the UK and Europe to maintain strong client relatio nships WHY JOIN? Strong experience within Customer Success, Strategic Account Management or Client Services ideally within commercial real estate Strong track record of retaining and growing enterprise customer accounts Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills Commercial mindset with experience identifying expansion opportunities Comfortable managing multiple internal and external stakeholders Experience within commercial real estate, PropTech, sustainability or building technology environments highly desirable Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into compelling customer stories Technically curious and able to communicate complex concepts simply PACKAGE DETAILS: Basic: ยฃ55,000-ยฃ65,000 Bonus: KPI-linked annual bonus Location: London / Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home) Travel: UK Europe Benefits: Private Healthcare, Pension, Cycle to Work Scheme, 25 days holiday plus Christmas closure
