Job Description
Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator Overview The Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional, friendly and efficient service across all communication channels. The role is responsible for responding to customer enquiries, supporting sales activities, processing orders and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer care. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and invoices using the Company's software systems.
Make outbound telesales calls to promote the Company's products and services. Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels used by the Company. Process customer returns and prepare returned items for dispatch to customers.
Respond to supplier enquiries and queries in line with Company requirements. Carry out duties associated with being a member of the Customer Care Team. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Company's Health & Safety Statement and Risk Assessments.
Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required to support the efficient operation of the Company. Experience & Qualifications Familiarity with business and sales operations, including associated processes and activities. Good understanding of general business processes.
Strong IT skills. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
Required Competencies Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high levels of service. Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Ability to follow established processes and contribute to improvements in productivity and quality.
Strong written and spoken English. Positive, proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and seek information.
