My client specialises in working with customers and suppliers to provide solutions and best products at an affordable price. Based in Newry, they are currently seeking a Customer Services Administrator to join their team.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent position.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am-5pm and Fri 7.30am - 4pm.

With a salary of £13.13 per hour £30,056 per annum.

Job Role:

You will be responsible for being the point of contact for customers with regards to aftersales, warranty and service enquiries in line with the Company Complaints Handling procedure.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous customer service experience within a similar role
• IT proficient (training is provided for company specific programs)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
• Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to deadlines and remaining calm under pressure

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designated point of contact for aftersales, warranty and service enquiries
• Log the details of an enquiry and organise a successful resolution in line with the company complaints handling procedure
• Assess whether the enquiry is covered by the company guarantee. If not covered by the guarantee arrange a quotation for the customer
• Organise a service date for the enquiry if required
• Organise materials required
• Organise the diary for the service engineers, create job card with details for them
• Collect payments for works not covered under the guarantee
• Assist the installation manager to collect the second stage payments on the original contract
• Assist the Installation manager with other duties as required
