The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Team Leader to join our dynamic operations team. This is a hands-on role with variety – ideal for a quick learner who enjoys critical thinking and decision making, has a good work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the customer service and provides sales team support on pricing, stock availability and customer analysis.
- Provide back up for customer service team during peak periods of inbound calls.
- Manage price increases including customer approval and system update.
- Provide monthly reports on customer/ product sales and identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide reports to the CEO and leadership team on key metrics.
- Manage escalated customer relations and warranties.
- Monitor products margins and investigate where required.
- Assist in the launch of new products and services
- Local procurement, part maintenance and purchasing.
About You

- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- A positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Microsoft Office literate (Excel Mandatory)
- Intermediate Hubspot experience (Mandatory)
- Experience in equipment, components and machinery industry preferred
- Adaptable and versatile to situations
- Ability to lead and decision make
- Minimum 3-5 years of customer service management experience required
