Supporting Corporate Clients Across the United States, Canada, and International Markets


At Ricoh Colombia, a global leader in technology solutions and digital transformation, we are looking for a Trilingual Customer Service Support Specialist with a strong customer focus and fluency in Spanish, English, and French to provide first-level support to our international corporate clients.


Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients by managing service requests, incidents, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the achievement of established service level objectives.



  • Handle inbound calls and customer requests in Spanish, English, and French.

  • Register, manage, and follow up on service requests through resolution.

  • Coordinate operational requests, supply orders, and equipment repair services.

  • Manage incidents, customer complaints, and critical cases.

  • Deliver a positive and efficient customer service experience.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction programs.

  • Ensure compliance with service quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Qualifications



  • Spanish (Native or Advanced)

  • French B2+ (Required)


Minimum 1 year of experience in:



  • Customer Service

  • Contact Centers

  • Customer Support

  • Help Desk Support

  • Client Relations


Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Strong customer orientation, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills.

Work Schedule & Conditions


Monday through Friday


Working hours: Between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.


Due to Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes in the United States and Canada, operating hours may be adjusted to between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., depending on the season.


Training and Nesting Period: 100% on-site


After Training: Hybrid model (2 days in the office and 3 days remote), based on performance and operational needs
