About The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients and customers across salary packaging and novated leasing products.
You will act as a key point of contact, managing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Provide accurate and timely information relating to salary packaging and novated leasing
- Support customers throughout the lifecycle of their package or lease
- Process customer requests, updates, and documentation with a high level of accuracyResolve customer issues efficiently, escalating more complex matters where required
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within internal systems
- Support payment processing, account updates, and general administration tasks
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure service delivery standards are met
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience
About You
You are a proactive and customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and solving problems. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service or operations role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- A solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in salary packaging or novated leasing (desirable but not essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
