Customer Service Specialist

Auvesta Edelmetalle AG is one of the leading providers for the purchase, storage, and trading of physical precious metals. For many years, the company has been assisting clients worldwide in building and securing wealth with gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. As the business continues to grow, the local team in Palma de Mallorca is expanding.

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact person for national and international clients, answering inquiries via email and telephone.
• Assist customers with all questions concerning their custody accounts, precious metal holdings, and related services.
• Maintain and update client master data diligently within internal systems.
• Handle incoming service inquiries independently with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Provide accurate information, advice, and ensure professional client satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal departments, including Key Account Management, Accounting, and Shipping.
• Help ensure that clients consistently receive high-quality service.

Your Profile:

• Initial professional experience in customer service, internal sales support, or a comparable client-focused position is advantageous.
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Word.
• Open-minded attitude toward learning new software tools and working with digital processes.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly approach with clients, even in demanding situations.
• Reliable, organized, and independent work style coupled with strong accountability.
• A true team player with genuine dedication to service.
• Good German language skills are required for this role.
• Knowledge of English and/or Spanish is desirable.
