Customer Service Representative
$67K + Super +Annual Bonus

Office-Based then Hybrid

Your Day-to-Day
You’ll be the go-to person for customers, helping create a positive experience from first enquiry through to resolution
- Provide expert advice and recommend tailored product solutions
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and CRM
- Process sales orders, confirmations, and invoicing with accuracy
- Coordinate returns with dealers, freight partners, and internal teams
- Review orders for stock availability and backorders
- Support order automation and warehouse dispatch operations
- Assist with reporting and general administrative tasks
