Customer Service Representative

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Yarraville, VIC. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming inquiries, provide product and service information, and guide clients through the signage consultation and order process. Daily tasks include managing phone, email, and in-person communication, preparing quotes, updating order status, and coordinating with design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

The role involves resolving customer issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting the external sales team with clear and professional communication. The representative will also assist with basic administrative duties related to customer accounts and service documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and customer support skills, with a focus on clear communication and responsiveness.
• Ability to enhance customer satisfaction and customer experience through attentive listening, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, signage, print, or a similar service-based environment, but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and confidence interacting with clients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail when handling orders and documentation.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with design, production, and installation teams.
• Basic computer skills, including use of email, CRM or order management systems, and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Knowledge of signage, print, or branding concepts is an advantage, and a willingness to learn industry-specific products and processes.
