Location: Campbelltown, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm
Saturday 8:45am to 1pm

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, playing a vital role in delivering a professional and supportive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service over the phone
- Managing customer inquiries via phone and email
- Processing personal loan applications accurately and efficiently
- Providing product knowledge and support to clients
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A friendly, empathetic, and solution-focused approach
