Must be available to work Monday to Sunday, with some weekend shifts required (8am – 12pm)

Noisette Bakery and Brasserie Bread are the largest supplier of fresh baked artisanal bread and pastries to cafes, restaurants, and catering groups across Australia. Now a national team with almost 700 people, we’re busy 24 x 7, making and delivering delicious baked goodies from our artisanal bakeries in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. If you’re a foodie, it’s more than likely that you’ve sampled one of our famous croissants, brioche burger buns or sourdough loaves.

What You’ll Do:
- Help us deliver Australia’s best artisanal bread and pastries by managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and supporting smooth operations from order to delivery.
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online orders.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints with a smile.
- Coordinate with production and logistics for timely deliveries.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ customer service experience
- Enthusiastic, bubbly, and customer focused.
- Strong communicator, comfortable on the phone, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Flexible to work Monday – Friday with some weekend work required too.
