Virtual Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support via email, chat, and social media channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct messages promptly and accurately
- Assist customers with order status, product information, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively
- Continuously look for ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Associate or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central / Multi-Channel Fulfillment or similar platforms is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving skills, with empathy and professionalism under pressure
- Availability to work weekends
