Customer Service Representative

Full Time/Part Time | Immediate Start Available

Compass Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

We need someone who can be the first point of contact to provide our customers a smooth and easy experience.

What you will be doing:

• Answering and managing incoming customer calls/emails and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Scheduling plumbing appointments and managing the booking system (Servicem8 & MYOB)
• Providing customers with accurate information about our services, pricing, and availability
• Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex matters when necessary
• Maintaining detailed and organized customer records and call logs
• Liaising with field teams to provide customers with updates on service status and technician arrival times
• Following up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks to maintain efficient operations
• Minimal marketing on growing the business

What we're looking for

• Experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably with trades.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in trades and using software as Servicem8 & MYOB.
• Positive attitude when dealing with customers
