Customer Service Representative

The Clean Harbors facility in Breslau, Ontario is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

This is a temporary position covering for a maternity leave. Duration approx. 1.5 years.

The customer Service representative provides exceptional customer service including order procurement, documentation/tracking, customer problem resolution, maintenance of customer profiles, pricing records, and invoicing of shipments, including cross checking of invoice results and adjusting, as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order placement
• Communicating product delivery schedules with customers
• Order entry
• Order documentation and trackingCustomer issue resolution
• Invoicing customers
• Develop and maintain customer records
• May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years experience
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and problem solve
• Detailed oriented,
• Team player,
• Good organizational skills,
