What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptionalcustomer service across inbound phone, website, email and scheduling platforms.
- Supporting customers byproviding tailored solutions and promoting our services.
- Maintaining accuratecustomer information in our database.
- Attending specialisttraining to continually enhance your skills.
- Collaborating with a funand motivated team that values your input.
About You
- A passion for deliveringoutstanding customer service and building relationships.
- Motivated to learn and grow inyour career.
- Excellent communication andpresentation skills.
- Proficient with MicrosoftWord, Excel, and Outlook.
- Enjoys working in a teamenvironment and helping others.
- National Police Clearance(required).
- Availability to work Monday toFriday, 8am – 5pm.
Previous customer service experience in a similarenvironment is highly desirable, but we provide full training - if you bringthe attitude, we’ll teach you the rest!
