Location - Dublin

Contract type - Temporary contract - 3 months

Work model - Hybrid

Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or 9.30am-5.30pm

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team for one of our client operations in the energy sector. The successful candidate will handle basic customer queries related to energy plans and billing, delivering positive and professional customer experience across all interactions.

In addition to customer service responsibilities, this role will provide administrative support to a Project Manager, including minute-taking, meeting scheduling, follow-up coordination, and tracking of actions arising from meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries via phone and occasionally emails
  • Respond to customer questions including plans, tariffs, and billing information
  • Assist customers with basic account queries and updates
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while meeting service quality standards
  • Accurately record customer interactions and update systems
  • Provide a friendly, helpful, and customer-focused service at all times

Administrative Support Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Manager
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute notes in a timely manner
  • Track and follow up on action items arising from meetings to ensure timely completion
  • Support stakeholder communications and meeting coordination activities
  • Maintain organized records of meeting documentation and project-related information

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a contact centre environment (Mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong customer service mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to explain information clearly and confidently
  • Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
