Join Our Team We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our rental operations in either Regina or Saskatoon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping customers find the right equipment and solutions for their projects. As the first point of contact for many customers, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting rental, sales, and administrative activities.

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer service at the rental counter
  • Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone
  • Promote and sell rental equipment, products, and services
  • Prepare rental and sales agreements and contracts
  • Process equipment returns and close rental contracts accurately
  • Assist customers with equipment availability, pricing, and product information
  • Utilize internal systems to manage customer transactions and equipment inquiries
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records
  • Support equipment servicing activities as required
  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal teams

What You'll Bring

  • Several years of direct sales and customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service focus with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Understanding of construction projects, job site requirements, and equipment applications is considered an asset
  • Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of a diverse rental equipment fleet
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
  • Proficiency with computer systems and business applications
  • Flexible and adaptable with a strong team-oriented approach
