About the role
An opportunity exists for a Casual Customer Service Officer to join the Business Service Centre, providing essential support to internal and external visitors at our Box Hill Maroondah and Angliss Hospital sites. This is a dynamic, service-oriented position ideal for someone with experience in reception or administration, preferably within a healthcare setting.
As the first point of contact at the main reception desks, the Business Service Centre delivers 24/7 face-to-face, telephone, email support to internal and external stakeholders,as well assupporting emergency code procedures. The team plays a critical role inmaintaininga warm and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff while also overseeing key administrative systems and providinghelpdesk support.
You’llbe part of a friendly, supportive team delivering exceptional customer service, responding to service requests and system faults, and performing a range of administrative duties.
This casual position will provide coverage for both planned and unplanned leave across Box Hill and Maroondah Hospitals. The Business Service Centre operates 24 hours a day, so the successful applicant must be available to work all shift times including overnight shifts as required.
