About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Campbellfield team.
You will provide customer service and administration support, helping customers with enquiries, orders and deliveries.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised and working in a busy team environment.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer enquiries by phone and email
- Process customer orders and invoices
- Follow up customer enquiries and orders
- Book couriers and coordinate deliveries
- Update customer details and records
- Assist with general administration
- Work with the team to keep orders moving smoothly
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and professional approach
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using computers and Microsoft Office
- Reliable and team focused
- Customer service or administration experience preferred
