Customer Service Officer, east Belfast
£27,000 + bonus, excellent benefits
We are working with a specialist insurance services business who are growing extensively to recruit for 2 permanent Customer Service Offices to join them in east Belfast.

Joining a dedicated team you will be working and supporting new customers to the business, this will include;
Liaising with customers on their cases, capturing and processing information on internal systems
Liaising with surveyors and coordinating site visits to customers sites
All ongoing coordination and administration
What we are looking for&
Experience gained in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident IT skills, ideally with a CRM system
