Since 2002, Kids Gourmet Food has delivered fresh, nutritious, chef-quality meals to childcare centres across Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, and Melbourne. We're the national leader in our space — and our close-knit Northern Beaches team is the engine behind it all. As we grow, we're looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Assistant to grow with us.

The Role

You'll be the first voice our customers hear and the steady hand that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. Working closely with our Operations, Business Development, and Logistics teams, you'll make sure every interaction, big or small, leaves people feeling genuinely looked after.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning the customer experience end-to-end: every call, every email, every time
• Resolving enquiries and issues quickly, professionally, and with a smile
• Partnering across teams to get customers the answers they need, fast
• Keeping our CRM and customer accounts accurate and up to date
• Supporting the Sales Team with day-to-day customer activity
• Pitching in on office admin: reporting, filing, and data entry

What You Bring

• 2+ years' experience in customer service or sales support
• A warm, confident communication style: phone, email, and in person
• Sharp organisational skills and a knack for juggling priorities calmly
• A solutions-first mindset and genuine love of problem-solving
• Solid CRM skills, plus comfort with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• A collaborative spirit: equally happy in a team or flying solo
• Bonus points for experience in food or childcare
