Job Description Job Description Function of the role: We are looking to grow our Sales team with an ambitious and energetic Inside Sales Representative who will help us expand our client base. Your objective is to be a first contact for new opportunities with companies within. industries involved in hardware & lawn and garden. We service a wide variety of customers across all sectors of industry; therefore, the Inside Sales Representative will work with a variety of different decision makers.
The Inside Sales Representative main responsibility is to generate new business accounts. Main Responsibilities will include: Research and identify new sales opportunities and potential clients through cold calls, emails, phone, internet and other means. Generate leads through researching the market and cultivating your personal network.
Document and maintain information on leads, accounts, all related contacts and commercial data Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development. Understand client needs and requirements. Take part in the implementation of the commercial strategy put forward by the management team.
Seek out new accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Meet lead generation objectives. Accomplish other mandates given by the Sales Manager Identify decision makers, schedule meetings, and execute appropriate sales techniques and cycle to close sales.
Diagnose prospects’ business climates, challenges, strategic needs, and pain points and develop a true-value proposal to positively impact their businesses. Work with management to develop sales/marketing strategies and to penetrate new markets. Generate leads and attend meetings regularly every month through networking and general prospecting.
Meeting and Exceeding month KPI’s & targets; and Annual revenue target driven. Essential Qualifications & Skills: Energy and a can-do attitude. Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, or a technical discipline.
Ambitious career prospects looking for growth within an organization. A passion for sales is a must. Desired Skills and Qualifications: · Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) coupled with heightened listening skills.
Strong business acumen. Experience working with SAP Business 1 Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite. Self Starter.
